Spumante Metodo Classico Millesimato Brut FALANGHINA DOC


Made from Falanghina grapes picked by hand in September.
This sparkling wine is made in traditional way known as metodo classico.
The wine refines on the lees for at least 24 months before final disgorgement.
No sugar is added at final disgorgement.

At sight:
A lively bright straw color. The perlage is fine and persistent.

The fresh and persistent bouquet. Fruity and floral. Aromas of bergamotto, lime, green apple, pineapple and zagara and sambuco flowers. Mineral notes that subsequently giving place to pleasant hints of crusty bread, yeast and lemon cream.

On the palate fresh, vibrant, harmonious and well-balanced. Clean and elegant.
The velvety softness and finish of long persistence complete tasting.

Wine-Food Pairing

An aperitive wine par excellence. Can accompany almost entire meal: fish and white meat dishes, fish carpaccio, seafood, fresh cheeses like mozzarella or burrata, salumi, light first courses.
